Don MacLardy is the founder, principal and senior consultant for 360°Safety Solutions, LLC of Vancouver WA.

Prior to Don’s involvement he served as vice president for Select Inc., managing the safety and risk management division. Don’s responsibilities ranged from providing consultant services for the education and the execution of health, safety and emergency preparedness programs for major corporations, private companies, ports and public agencies throughout the United States.

Don’s role in management for over thirty years, ten of which was in serving as a battalion fire chief for the city of Vancouver WA has contributed significantly to the development of best practice educational tools for the health and safety profession. He is also a featured speaker for numerous conferences and organizations such as the Institute for Supply Management and educational organizations around the country.

Don also is an Instructor for ICS, OSHA 10 and 30, CPR First Aid AED Instructor, Confined Space, and Blood borne pathogens, and fall protection and other safety areas.

His education and training is from Clark College, Portland Community College and Washington State University in fire science, administration and management. He is a graduate of the National Fire Academy as Executive Fire officer.
